The concept of being comfortable in our own body for ourselves, not for others. The context of not worrying about other’s comfort with OUR bodies, our cellulite, our love handles, our blemishes. Since when do others hold that power? To make that conscious effort to be authentic, unapologetic, and self-loving. That is the goal.
